The one star is the fact they gave us discount for being military which I thank you very much for doing so.HoweverThe bad points1. They were going to order new locking wheel nuts for our car with out even asking2. They took an hour and a half to change one tyre (as they couldn't undo the wheel nuts) after myself originally loosening the bolts but keeping them tight enough to be safe to get there. 3. Had to be reminded it was a rotational tyre4. The "fitter" himself rather than explaining to my wife what was going on would hide in a corner and whisper to his boss.5. Reccomending that they cut all the locking wheel nuts off, as they wouldn't come off after the day before I had them all off to change the other three tyres.All in all a bad experience and I will be going else where next time to for my tyres.
