Went to ask for a quote, they took pictures of the damage to my car and my personal details saying that I would have a quote within 3-5working days. 4 weeks later, still waiting. Now 3 months and still waiting,just as well went else where. Would not recommend for a quick quote

I had a single car accident in the snow during January 2013. Matthew agreed to come to my house to review the car and provide a quote the next day.Although the insurance company wanted me to use their approved repair centre I pointed out that I had the right to use any provider. P&H Body Repaids Ltd picked up my vehicle and left me with a 2012 Micra as a courtesy car which did the job.After a couple of weeks the car was back as good as new. I have waited until now to leave a review as I had a service due and wanted to ask the Audi dealer if there was any problems. They couldn't tell which wing it was!The only slight negative is that I had to ring them to find out the progress of the claim but I did not need to worry as everything was in had. A great local service which I would recommend.
