Terrible service, rude receptionist. had some work done on a focus, changed the gear linkage as it had worn out. Once car had come back it wouldn't go properly into 1st or 3rd. if it did it could jump out any time. took the car back to be told it was the gear box and would cost 700. took it to a better garage, fixed it in half an hour, gear linkage was not fitted properly. Cost 30 to fix. Will never use or recommend to anyone again.
I have been with Jps Motors ever since I can remember not only are they very helpful and nice when ever my car has or had a problem they have always fixed it at reasonable costs I would never take my car anywhere else they do my MOT every year and I know that they would always be honest about my car (not like some garages see a woman coming and try and charge the earth)Like this weekend had to take car in on Friday as few problems and I need a car for work straight away offered me a car so that I can still work over the weekend Can't praise them enough
