I have purchased different items from this shop, over the years and I have found that they always stock good quality items and have a very good choice of clothes and hats, etc.. The staff I have spoken to every time I went in have always been helpful and polite. I will use them again.

lady in the Saffron Walden store very judgmental, when i asked if they had a particular item I was told 'they do have them but they are very expensive'. Obviously my money wasn't good enough, so don't go into this shop dressed for the winter as you too many be judged (was a different matter in the summer time). Definitely wont be purchasing anything else from this store ever again.
