Very poor. Spent several hundred pounds here in 2016/ 2017 & previous years. Had a jacket reserved. Had offered to pay deposit & was told no need. They even called me to check if I was still collecting. Went to collect & was told they put it back into stock & sold it. Man in charge is very pompous & really didn't care. I try to use small independent local even though it cost more & that's how you get treated.Will never use this shop again.
