I've been walking past this shop since it opened, looking in the window but never going in. Today I decided to treat myself to one of their hot chocolates and it was AMAZING! And you get two free chocolates! The only reason they didn't get the fifth star is because I had to get it to go as the very limited seating was all taken. I will definitely go again and hopefully next time I'll get a seat!
Gorgeous chocolates. Anything praline is on another level
Chocolatier to rival the finest Belgium, France or Switzerland have to offer, right here in Essex. I grumbled when they shifted from the market into their own shop and whacked up the prices, but only because it meant I couldn't afford them so often. But they're definitely a treat. Got some divine nougat for Xmas - better than anything I've ever tasted. And some chocolate covered Brazil nuts that are to die for. Their hand-made chocolates are amazing, too, and the marshmallows (which explode with intense fruity flavour after the palate's been suitably primed with fluffy sweetness) are worthy of Willy Wonka.
Simply the best chocolate ever! The coffee is excellent and the ice cream amazing!
