Fitted a new BB for me on a Saturday, dropped the bike off had a coffee and it was done. Good selection of clothing, adult & kids bikes for all budgets. Great service Highly recommended.

Excellent service as always! Bike in for loads of repairs to brakes etc. All completed to a very high standard and quicker than expected - done in just 48hrs - oh and at a good price too! Would highly recommend .
One star from me I'm afraid! I took my 20 year old bike in here recently for a tune-up and service. The gears were not working properly and the brakes were poor. Newdales kept the bike for a week without phoning me for an update! So I went in there again a week later and they had done nothing! The guy quoted me a price that was frankly - the same as having my car serviced! I said goodbye and took the bike to a Bike shop in Sawston. They booked me in straight away. The next morning they called to say it was all done and ready for collection! They replaced the brake cables, the gear cables, adjusted the gear assembly and cleaned the chain - all for a tiny fraction of the price that Newdales quoted...and all done in under 24 hours. What a service! They even offered to help me load the bike into my car. Brilliant personal service and courtesy that is harder and harder to find these days. Newdales should learn from some of the negative reviews on here.
