Never really had any reason to go to the council before , but what a surprise , a lovely building , very pleasant staff all at the front desks , all of them smiled , and nothing to much bother for them to sort out , more than willing to help , with any advice you need , Had a appointment with Joanne Jones , must say was lovely , kind and understanding , again offering lovely friendly service , nothing to much trouble , you often here so much negativity about the local council , but I must say I was blown away with there , friendly polite and smiles and Can Do attitude a great representation of our lovely historic Market town 10/10 in my book , Thank you all
