This company has fleeced me out of every penny I have, even trying to get me to take a loan out with them on my house so they could drag out my case even more, turns out they knew I would never win the case from the start. Now harassing me for more money even though I am 14k in debt with credit cards for just a portion of their fees. I am in a much worse situation than I was when it started. Bad advice, overcharging, and inexperienced in the field of my case. I am now at the point where committing Suicide is better than dealing with all the problems they have left me with. I feel that they knew I was vulnerable and took advantage of that to the point they have ruined my life.
Used for buying our first property. Dreadful service. Very slow and unprofessional.
If I could vote 0 stars I would: Tees Law have been our lawyers for a few generations and in my entire lifetime have only served to charge exorbitant amounts for oftentimes late, incomplete work that then needs to change (which they then naturally charge you for). I have personally had to chase up a basic piece of work as it had changed hands multiple times on their end, and ended up taking 10x longer than necessary. Unprofessional, confused, lazy and exceedingly poor value for money.
I must express both my thanks and satisfaction about the professional and efficient manner in which Allan Wright at Tees recently handled the selling of our property. He was readily available to my contacts and provided timely information in a friendly and time critical fashion. A job well done!Allan is presently engaged in steering my wife and I through the buying process for a new build house which we are to hopefully move into in April or May this year.
