Incredibly professional from start to finish, great customer service, very satisfied with the quality of products purchased and their delivery, will definitely order again from them, would recommend Mighton without a moment's hesitation.
A pretty poor experience to be honest. I ordered three locking sash window latches. One of them didn't work when it arrived so I reported it by email giving the product code AND by phone leaving a message on their answerphone. They contacted me to ask the colour of the replacement which I gave them again over the phone. A week later still no replacement so I emailed them. They phoned to ask the colour of the replacement again. I gave it to them again and a couple of days later I received a 20m roll of sash window cord instead of a window lock. When I contacted them, the salesperson said "Let me look into that and get back to you". I'm left wondering what is there to look into; just give me the window lock that I ordered two weeks ago.
