Very poor service from the reception desk, which seems exclusively manned by teenagers on work experience. After moving out of the area, i requested urgent copies of my notes several times, twice by phone and in writing. Each request took days to elicit a response, each with different information/a different excuse and each with a different timeframe attached to it. Disinterested in my case unless im paying for it and gave strong impression of being too busy to help me. I asked my new dentist for copies of my notes and they provided within 24 hours. No excuses for such terrible, uncaring service.
I used to be a nervous patient, I've had bad experiences in the past however since joining this practice, I have been treated with respect, kindness and I am always put at ease with whoever I see. All staff very friendly from walking in the door to the surgery. I have been at the practice for the last 3 years but love the changes the new owners have done in the last year. They have brought the practice back to life. Will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.

Cannot agree with Ben Chapman. Phoned up this afternoon for an emergency appointment, they have given me one early tomorrow morning.
Very caring and empathetic staff who genuinely care about their patients welfare. As a nervous patient I was made to feel very comfortable and everything was explained throughly so I had no worries. I also expressed an interest in straightening my teeth and the dentist discussing the treatment options with me, explaining exactly what each one would achieve in relation to my ultimate goal. I am very pleased with the service they have provided and am looking forward to having beautiful straight teeth. I would highly recommend them.
