I am awarding two stars because although our little car sustained some expensive to put it right damage to the rear support of the boot door the person in question owned up to it and offered to pay for it himself! Unfortunately, the people who work there are put under far too much pressure from Tesco to wash as many cars as possible in the least possible time and quantity seems to take the place of quality. However, in their defence they are always polite and work very hard but unfortunately in a busy forecourt where three of them have to work quickly and at the same time on a single car, this problems are bound to happen when stepping on each other toes! The procedure to make a claim is quite unclear and unnecessary complicated from Tesco's point of view, (pass the buck) and very unhelpful so we let it go but be aware you take your car at your own risk and may be left out of pocket.
