I took my car to them because of the good rating. First impression was great, staffs were friendly and approachable, the place was nicely organised. Problem started when they started fixing my car. On the process of fixing my car they broke an injector and they asked me to pay for the injector they broke. I denied to pay for it. They do not hasitate to put your bill up astronomically although its their fault. This place is a rip-off.
Convenient if local, but mobile mechanics can be cheaper and come to your home address or workplace

Richard and co always manage to help us out when the chips are down. Just now my trailer developed a serious fault and although they are busy they squeezed me in at 4:30pm and no sooner had I got my complimentary (galaxy!) hot chocolate than the spare part was delivered and the guys started fitting it. Honestly amazing level of service, cant recommend high enough!
Brought my car here today for an MOT and had a fabulous experience, from start to finish! All the staff were incredibly friendly, informative and highly professional. Can't fault any of it, and shall definitely return again!
